Parade Categories

Group A (Most Appropriate)  Included in this group would be those individuals who create and wear a costume that you feel most appropriately symbolizes the Great Pumpkin Parade.

Group B (Most Original)  Included in this group would be those individuals who create and wear the most unique costume above and beyond the average every day Halloween design.

Group C (Most Comical)  Included in this group would be those individuals who create and wear the funniest costume.

Groups with 10 or under participants:  Included in this group would be any individual or a small number of persons who are not registered in any of the above three categories.  An example of this group would be a Small Brownies Group, where the Girls choose to wear their uniforms and not costumes.

Groups with 11 or more participants:  Included in this group would be a large number of persons who are not registered in any of the first three categories.  An example of this group would be a large Boy Scouts or Girl Scouts Group who choose to march in the Parade together.

Floats:  Any motorized vehicle with or without accessories that is decorated to symbolize the spirit of Halloween.

Musical Groups:  Any Marching Bands, riding groups or individuals that have musical accompaniment via instruments or speakers.

Youngest Participant

Other:  Any vehicle in the parade that is not decorated to symbolize the spirit of Halloween.
